St Teresa's Catholic Primary School and Nursery 3-11

from smallest to greatest

Spring 2

6 little chicks came out to play

The chick diaries

Day 8

How much have our little chicks grown over the weekend? They are the cheekiest chicks ever!

Day 5

Finally it was time for chick cuddles.

Day 4

Two more chicks have joined us, so we now have six little chicks. 🐥🐥🐥🐥🐣🐣

Three of the chicks were a little bit poorly but Mrs Brown and Mrs Riddy nursed them back to health. We got time to meet the chicks today.

Day 3

We were so excited to come in to find 4 new friends cheeping and chirping away. Two more eggs have been cracking away. The chicks are watching and chewing their brothers and sisters on. “Come on, you can do it!”🐣🐣🐣🐣

Day 2

We can see some cracks, and hear tapping noises.

Day 1

Nine eggs arrived in Aspen Class, but what might be waiting to hatch out? It was SO eggsiting making predictions.

Reading for pleasure

Choices, choices...... We are loving listening to Mrs Brown share the blurb on a story, and deciding which story we would like to listen to.

The children were so excited to share that "IT HAD SNOWED!" Making snow figures, throwing snowballs and lying in the snow provided lots of discussion.

Well we are already half way through your child's first year in school. This half term we will be developing our awareness of Climate Action, as well as continuing developing understanding of Celebrations.
