Adverse Weather Closure Information

Please take care on your way to and from school - also around the school grounds.

Wear warm clothes and sensible footwear.

It is our aim to ensure the school remains open during adverse weather conditions, when practically possible, providing that this can be done in a safe manner.

 

In the event of school closure:

  • The headteacher will inform staff and parents/carers via APP message.
  • An update will be posted on the school website.
  • 'Closure’ signs will be displayed on the school’s entrance gates.
  • The local radio station will be notified.
