Teaching Assistant

The Governing Body of St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching staff to assist the pupils in the classroom with their learning and in delivering intervention sessions. There will be additional duties to cover the breakfast club session before school and midday supervisor duties at lunchtime. Previous experience of working with children will be an advantage.

 

The position covers 30 hours per week during term time - starting in September 2019:

7:30am to 8:45am – Breakfast Club

8:45am to 12 noon – Teaching Assistant

12 noon to 1:30pm – Lunchtime Duites
