CBeebies Bedtime Stories

Not just for bedtime but a lovely way to share new stories, and have old favourites reread. If it's not bedtime, you could always have a go at drawing one of the characters.

Check out how to draw with the author and illustrator on YouTube at 10am on Tuesday and Thursdays each week.

Read Write Inc

From Monday there will be daily RWI sessions on Youtube and Facebook at these times only to watch.

  • Set 1 Speed Sounds at 9.30 am and again at 12.30 pm
  • Set 2 Speed Sounds at 10.00 am and again at 1.00 pm
RWI will also add a poem for Reception children to Youtube at 2p.m. each day, these can be watched at any time, and over and over again. This will allow children to learn them by heart. Have phonics fun everyone!

Challenges to keep us all active

Maths Challenge

Walk around your house, can you draw a map of how you get from your bedroom to the front door?What do you go past? Which shapes do you see? Can you find a cube and a square? Look for circles, spheres and cylinders, rectangles and cuboids.
